Care & Support

Care and Support You Can Trust — When It Matters Most

Helprite Care provides regulated care and support services to adults living in the community. We are registered with the Care Inspectorate and deliver support that is safe, respectful, and centred around the individual.

We understand that people come to us at different moments — sometimes planned, sometimes unexpected, and often during periods of uncertainty. Whether support is needed urgently or simply being explored, our role is to listen, guide, and provide care that fits each person’s circumstances.

You do not need to know exactly what support is required before contacting us. We will help you understand the options and next steps.

Our Approach to Care
How We Operate

Our Approach to Care

We deliver care in line with the Health and Social Care Standards: My Support, My Life, ensuring that people experience support that is:

Personal and respectful

Support is shaped around the individual’s needs, preferences, and goals. We involve people in decisions about their care wherever possible.

Safe and well-managed

Risks are assessed carefully, support is planned clearly, and care is reviewed regularly to ensure it remains appropriate and safe.

Dignified and compassionate

We recognise the importance of privacy, choice, and respect in every interaction.

Reliable and accountable

Care is delivered through trained staff, clear care plans, and structured oversight.

Assessment, Planning & Review

Assessment, Planning & Review

Before care begins, we carry out a comprehensive assessment to understand:

  • Support needs and outcomes
  • Risks and safeguarding considerations
  • Preferences, routines, and capacity
  • How best to promote independence

This assessment informs a clear support plan, which is reviewed:

  • Regularly
  • When needs change
  • Following incidents or concerns
  • At the request of the individual or their representatives

Care plans evolve as people's needs change.

Our People & Quality Oversight
