Care & Support Delivered the Right Way
Helprite Care is a Care Inspectorate–registered Support Service operating as part of Helprite Group Ltd. We provide structured, person-centred care and support to adults living in the community, while also working in partnership with care organisations to supply trained care and support workers where additional capacity is required.

Who We Are
Helprite Care was established to respond to a growing need for reliable, well-governed support services delivered by people who understand the responsibility that care work carries.
We support individuals and organisations across Edinburgh and surrounding areas, operating with clarity about what we do and a strong commitment to doing it properly. Our service is built on structure, accountability, and respect — for the people we support, the organisations we work with, and the staff who deliver care on our behalf.
What We Do
As a registered Support Service, Helprite Care provides non-nursing care and support to adults in community-based settings. This includes practical assistance with daily living, companionship, wellbeing support, and enabling individuals to live as independently as possible in their own homes.
In addition, we work with care homes, supported living providers, and community services to supply care and support workers on a temporary or ongoing basis. All staffing activity is governed by appropriate recruitment, safeguarding, and insurance arrangements and is delivered within clear Care Inspectorate boundaries.
We do not provide clinical or nursing care. Our role is to support, enable, and complement wider care provision responsibly.

Our approach is based on listening carefully, agreeing realistic support arrangements, and delivering those arrangements consistently. Support is provided in line with agreed plans, reviewed regularly, and adapted as needs change.

Governance, Compliance & Regulation
Helprite Care operates in line with relevant legislation, guidance, and best practice applicable to Support Services in Scotland. We are registered with the Care Inspectorate and maintain clear policies and procedures to support safe and accountable service delivery.
This includes robust recruitment processes, appropriate checks and training, ongoing supervision, and clear reporting and escalation arrangements. Compliance is embedded into how we operate day to day and is treated as a core responsibility, not an afterthought.
